Delivery Charges

- We offer free delivery to Hong Kong addresses on orders at or over HK$300  ( Pet prescription diet orders at or over HK$500) , except for remote areas and outlying islands (see below).

- We offer free delivery to Ma Wan and Discovery Bay on orders at or over HK$800 (Pet prescription diet orders at or over HK$1000. ) Delivery will only be arranged every Saturday. (We will inform clients if there is any change before delivery.)

There will be surcharge of HK$10/floor for no lift building. 

Sorry, we are not delivering to locations outside of Hong Kong at the moment.

Delivery schedule :

Deliveries generally arrange between 7pm-11pm.
